How to calculate Pay and Allowances 

 

When we work in a office, there are many information need calculation and that time we can use Excel Book

 

For Example 

 

DA Rate is 85% ,              HR Rate is 10%

                                                                Allowances 

                                    C7

S.No.                                 Month                 Pay          DA            HR               Total
 
1 Jan-14                             12400               10540 
                                                              (=C7*85/100)
 


2 Feb-14
 
3 Mar-14
 
4 Apr-14

6 Jun-14
How to Manage Month, it is auto apply by excel .
 
There is no need to type again and again.

Just like Jan, Feb, March. If you drag the cursor as like above

First we type Jan 2014 and then we drag down it will automatically

Feb, March, April, May…………..

    =A2*B5 And Enter
